By reserving your spot for the Dive in Well x Hōtel Sagès Wellness Retreat, you agree to the following terms:

Payment & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • All payments (deposit and subsequent balances) are non-refundable, but are transferable to another guest if you can no longer attend.

  • Full payment must be received by the deadline specified at booking. If your balance is not paid on time, your spot may be forfeited.

Cancellations & Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your spot to another guest, pending approval from Dive in Well.

  • In the event of retreat cancellation by Dive in Well (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum guest threshold not met), all payments will be refunded in full.

Travel & Insurance

  • Airfare and travel insurance are not included in the retreat price.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

  • Dive in Well and its partners are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or personal travel disruptions.

Health & Liability

  • You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily in wellness activities and assume all risk of injury or discomfort.

  • Please consult your healthcare provider before engaging in physical activity. Let us know of any health concerns in advance.

  • Dive in Well and Hōtel Sagès are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.

Code of Conduct

  • This retreat is rooted in respect, care, and community. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave without refund if their behavior jeopardizes the safety or wellbeing of others.
